- JAVA Web Start Implementation
- This allows the most up-to-date version
of eBURSTv3 to be installed locally
and the
current data from each MLST website is
streamed over the internet directly
to the application.

Compare two of your own datasets
and highlight those STs that are present only
in one or other of the datasets, or in both
datasets, using three different colour.
- Compare
your dataset to the whole MLST database,
again with different colours to highlight
STs unique and common to both datasets
- Docking of eBURSTv2 floating
windows and menu-based access to functions.
- Search
and highlight an ST in the tabular output
of eBURST groups or in the
eBURST diagram.
- Print directly from eBURST
- Output formats – images
can be saved in a number of bitmap formats
and also as Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)
allowing further editing
of eBURST diagrams in third party applications.
